Deposit Only rates

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy for reservations made directly on our website.

Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated below

(see 'Things to Note' information).

Please note that reservations made through third-party platforms such as Hostelworld and others are non-refundable and non-changeable.

In these cases, cancellations or modifications are not possible, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

DINGO is located in an old, antique Georgian house — it will not be a luxury, but a unique and social experience :)

Our reception is open 24 hours.

Late check-in after 00:00 will result in a fee of 20.00 GEL (PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT THE TIME OF LATE CHECK-IN).

FREE BREAKFAST: Included — you will find it in the morning in the common area or in the outside bar area.

WE ARE INTERNATIONAL

Dingo Backpackers Hostel was founded by Backpackers who travelled and volunteered around Asia, Europe, Oceania, South America

for the previous 10 years and decided Georgia missed a social great place where different nationalities can gather all together.

Our team coming from all over the world always ready to welcome you in the hostel with a cold beer from our beer fridge bar,

our homemade wine and smoothies from our garden fruits at any time of the day (in summer).

The Hostel is located at Kupradze street, 18. This is around 10-15 minutes by walk from the main street and the Old Town.

Kupradze is a Hill on Kutaisi, an old residential street of Kutaisi that was an army base in soviet time,

where you can see how real Georgians live and at the same time be away from the crowd of the city in a fascinating green area.

Around the hostel you can find all what you need — grocery store and a traditional restaurant (KVICHA).

In the backyard you can find DINGO BAR (OPEN JUST IN SUMMER),

serving local brewed beer, homemade wine, and every evening a different and delicious

FAMILY DINNER prepared by our Italian or Georgian chef or some ideas from our international volunteers.

The big terrace, the amazing sunset view point, our travel community, the yard will let you feel in a little Island out of the world.

The hostel is built in a traditional Georgian style with big walls, parquet, local paintings, ANTIQUE WOOD DOORS,

4 toilets, a big common area with many sofas, a beautiful garden and a kitchen well furnished which you can use in LIMITED HOURS.

All the rooms are equipped with good and comfy mattresses (we change every 2 years), plugs, and lights.

We are a traveller community hostel so we usually gather till late in Dingo bar or in the common area talking about travel stories.

Just to let you know WE ARE NOT A HOTEL, so don't be surprised if you step into a party, or something around is not updated,

or you find an old chair, or the wallpaper with some cracks.

We liked the vibes there was in this building and people love it, so we decided to leave everything like it was.

So please, if you have in mind to write a review about these things at the end of your stay — just don't choose our place.

We have several Adventure trips (HIDDEN PLACES AROUND IMERETI) every day,

which you can find on our Instagram page or website or send a message and we will help you to plan some activities around.

The activities we propose are not tours but local experiences in local style,

organized by adventure travel leaders in Georgia, Norway, and Sri Lanka for Dingo Tour.

Cancellation policy: NOT REFUNDABLE

Payment by terminal machine, or link sent by email at the moment of the booking

(If payment not working make sure to provide a way of payment)

In case of cancellation or no show we will charge you automatically on your card the full amount of your reservation.

FREE BREAKFAST TIME : The Breakfast is set the day before and is self service.

All the extras inside the hostel are to be paid before the service will be provided with a link payment or you will be able to book it online

Every night Dingo backpackers hostel and Dingo bar closing at 00.00 due to neighbourhood laws and state laws.

All guests are provided keys to the front door.

No music,noise or parties are allowed outside of the hostel after 23.00.

Guest Responsibility

The guest is responsible for any physical harm caused to themselves or others, any sickness, permanent injury, or death.

The Dingo Backpackers team will cooperate with the Georgian police, the guest’s health insurance, or any medical hospital if necessary,

but does not assume any responsibility for such incidents.

Security Cameras

We have cameras in the hostel that record 24/7. They are located in the common areas for your security.

Every guest will be provided of a key for the entrance door.

The key has a deposit fee of 10 lari and in case the key is not return or lost the deposit will be kept by dingo backpackers team

Dingo Backpackers hostel is using pictures and videos made during dinners, activities and excursions for marketing purposes such as instagram and other social network if you dont want to be part of it please notice us .

Shipping Policy

Once your parcel has been dispatched a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Delivery time within Georgia is 2-4 business days from the time of dispatch confirmation.

Deliveries outside the Georgia may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable Duties & Taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient. Please check with your local customs and duties office for more information on these charges. Please note that international customs duties,

shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

For returns please dispatch the items back within:

Request a cancellation within:

12 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return
Clients are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition,

the buyer is responsible for delivery charges and any loss in value.
